1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your garment must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
- In its original polybag/packaging with invoice copy.
- Reported within 7 days of package delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Size Exchange
We keep returns simple with direct WhatsApp support:

- Specify whether you need a different size (e.g. swap Size M for Size L) or a return.
- Our courier partner will arrange doorstep pickup within 24–48 hours.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Every order undergoes strict quality inspection. In the unlikely event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a quick photo, and we will issue an immediate replacement at zero cost.
